I had gotten a voice mail from this number where the person said my first name and then hung up.

Received call at place of business from "SERVICE CALL 2064960969"...open line for maybe a minute with repeated "hello?" attempts before hangup.

Started calling recently. Soooo not answering!

It is imperative we band together against these idiots.  The person that always calls me uses 15 different phone numbers, the same guy from India, caller Id's are from overseas and all across the USA.  Gather as much info as you can including recordings if you can get them and then make complaints to the Attorney General, FBI, FCC, FTC,BBB, Your Congressmen and Senators.  Post a note if I have left out an agency.

And then make up stupid stories.  The current one I am answering with is why are you stalking a dead person and give a fake name for myself.  My caller is Andrew Johnson and he says even if she's dead I still need to talk to her.
