Received the same call as all of the above. Must be a follow up to a previous scam caller identifying himself as an IRS agent with fraud department! Amusing, but do not fall for this because it is a scam -- bunch of low-lifes trying to get money out of innocent people. The IRS does not do business this way so do not let these people intimidate you into anything. IRS does not call people on the telephone threatening them with lawsuits. In fact, they do not call people. Snail mail only.
This, too, was a lady (?) on the phone.
