Who called from 2067082849

Just hung up from (206) 708-2849 (second time) where they claim I have just qualified for lower credit rates.  I have no open accounts over 30 days old.  A top credit score and want these dummy's to stop calling!! What can I do??

They stay in business because

1.) the computer dialing costs them next to nothing;
2.) phone carriers (who should be held responsible) charge them very little;
3.) their (very few) employees are total losers who can't get better jobs;
4.) "business-friendly" politicians protect them;
and most importantly,
5.) there are a LOT of STUPID people who fall for these scams.

206-708-2849 comes out of Seattle, Burien, SeaTac, Mercer Island, Des Moines, Tukwila, Winslow and Beaux Arts Village in the Washington, State (not DC).

Lots of these calls originate in Washington State.

Amazing how many different scams will use this same spoofed number. I mean, if you're going to fake the caller ID, why not use more imagination?

This time it's a cruise scam robocall.

The phone rang 3 times and the caller hung up before I could answer.  The Caller ID said, "Seattle WA."
