Caller called on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank on my cell phone 714-514-6438. Tell me I am a dead beat because I have not paid my mortgage on my rental house in 6 months on the advise of my attorney. If Wells Fargo would lower my rate from the current 5.25% to 2.5 % I will start paying them but they have refused for the past 5 years.
The call is over VoiP (computer) so it is out of service from a landline point of view, or at least that's what the operate told me when I called her regarding them as well.
