Did a little research on this matter. Check out the FBI website, "www.fbi.gov/scams-safety/e-scams." Scroll down to "Telephone Collection Scam Related to Delinquent Pay Day Loans." The site gives information on many types of scams and where a complaint can be filed.
I get the same calls. I have blocked all the numbers and they seem to call from different numbers. I just have my husband pick up the phone now and say he is some ones else and he does not know this person. So far its working but only time will tell!!! They need to be caught. This lady calls me 5 times in a row saying she is 5 different people!
i too keep getting call from these people and to day i finally got pissed off at this guy he said his name was roger.smith ,harry.daniels they said they worked for dept of fraud in new york and they worked for cash.net,allso cast 16 states i dont no what that is ??? anyone? it so pisses me off cause they have my first name right but the s.s. number they gave me was my dead twin and her address and employment where she worked shes been gone for 3 years now i dont no who are these people ? what should i do im thinking of filling a police report idont no if they will do any good
I received a message on my answering machine when I got home today that I was being sued against and my ss number is attached. I have 60 minutes to call this Andrew White back at 206-801-3403.. I have dealt with these people before and this is a SCAM... I am so tired of the calls, I wish they would seriously get a life... People don't call them back, all they want is for someone to give them money and bank information.
I keep getting harrassed by this number on my phone 206-801-3403...They say they are going to take legal action against me for something called cash.net.com.. This persons name is either tom longfellow, Tim Taylor, I dont know I keep thinking its the same person..How do I make the phone calls stop and for them to stop harassing me? They say I made a deal with them, and they do have some information on me. This sounds like a SCAM and they only want money..They also said that they will send someone to my home and serve me papers regarding that I owe them 420.00 dollars which I know that I dont !!!!!! Please if you know how to stop these people please let me know..I was also told that they are a mother state of 16 casts / cash.net. and a legal fraud department.
