This is as close as I can get, don't know if it is the same company but it was for sure an Indian call center that answered. I could hear the scammers in the background scamming other people.

TOO FUNNY!!  They called back!  So I called back on my throw away and actually talked to the scammer. His accent was so bad I could hardly understand him.  I kept asking him to repeat himself, which made him upset. He wanted my name so I gave him a fake name I made up and he said "OKAY! I have your name here!"  Yeah, right.  Then he asked me to spell it and I said but wait you have it right there, you just said so. He said I had to confirm it. HAHAHA!  So he went into his spiel about the card and then told me it would be just a one time fee of garbled garbled and I made him repeat and it was only $4.95!!! WOW! What a deal!!  So I said, Gee this is great, how do I get this deal! He said just give me the number of your Master or Veesa. I said, Oops. He said what? I said I don't have a Master or Veesa! He said WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE A CARD? I said Nope I don't believe in credit cards can I sent you a check? He hung up on me. I don't think they will be calling again. And of course laced throughout the conversation was OKAY OKAY OKAY.  Now I don't know if this is the same company who's info I posted above but they sure are scammers so BEWARE!!  I have just proven it. That was fun!  THey are just trolling for credit card numbers. Creeps.

Just got a call from this # it rang only once.

Called me at 2, no message left.  Called back.  Told me I was to get a rebate card of $100.  Said to press 1 to get card, 2 to be put on no call list for this number.

Yep, one ring and a hang up.
