I have a girl that calls me from a juvenile detention center located in my state/not Maine, but I noticed sometimes when she calls my caller I.D will read an out of state number. Today I missed this call from Maine, and she didn't call the rest of the day, which is odd because, she normally calls everyday. I believe it was her call I missed. Also, I am not allowed to call her or the facility she's located in, they must call me. . . I just don't understand why it sometimes reads bizarre phone numbers.
