Who called from 2074489380

I recieved the call it was a recording and barely understandable something about a warranty to expire.  I'm on the Do Not Call List and ideas?

I have recieved numerous calls from this number or ones just like it but they all have a 44 before the number. Several were "to lower my interest rate" (which I do NOT have) and the last few were for the car warrantty thing. How does being on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST help? It hasn't as far as I can see!!!!

They claim my auto warranty is about to expire.

to extend warranty? press 1 to talk, press 9 to be removed?
