This is related to 850-271-8240, because I see the same script on comments about that number.  A recording: "Heather" offers lower rates.  I stayed on the line for a live operator, said we're on the national do-not call list. She said the company was "Consumer Services" and got our number from unnamed "banks."  Then offered to put us on their do-not-call list. I don't see any company called Consumer Services anywhere and this number in Maine is listed as belonging to a private party, a husband and wife.
