A person who identified herself as Heather of Account Services. She asked "Would you like a lower interest rate on your credit card?" I asked what company she represents and she didn't respond. After asking the same question two more times, she hung up on me.
Caller ID says unknow name, have received several "unknown name" calles from this area code & 478 exchange. Same annoying people? In any event I'm on the, what seems to be useless, DNC list.
I got a telemarketing recorded call from this number saying they can lower my credit card interest rates. I hung up and called the number back and got a guy who denied being a business. Reverse search shows this is a cell phone in rural Maine. This must be an wanabee con artist. Being a cell phone call, it would probably be useless to report authorities. I might try anyway.
