The actual caller id was 12076776497, which is a sure sign of a scammer. Call was blocked by the free call blocker.
Only one ringy dingy and poof, blocked.
Didn't know number, didn't answer, no message left. Assume it's junk on my phone that is registered on the do not call list. (which is a waste if they are paying someone to oversee it) Will block on my reject list.
Be aware that the bad guys don't give a wit about the Do Not Call List. This scam relies on nice people being vulnerable and giving the bad guys their credit card number. These are not telemarketers which I don't care for either.

You need to understand that the DNC list is a moot issue for scammers. The only people that should be following the DNC are legitimate businesses.
robocall on landline from 207-677-6497 caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Monday 7-04-16 @ 1045 AM.
another call from Rachel from card services........saying they would lower my interest to as low as 6.9%...........
pressed 1 and a male with a pakistani or indian accent came on the line.
Scammer asked me "how are you doing."
today is a FRICKEN HOLIDAY you stupid m........ f......
and I then started the "SCAMMER AIRHORN."
went back within like 5 seconds to give him some more expletives and he was already gone.
