The actual caller id was 12076776497, which is a sure sign of a scammer. Call was blocked by the free call blocker.

they called on july 4th , so i told em happy july 4 th n hung up on them, today they called back so i asked to speak to Rachel n they hung up lol this is of course the credit card rate scam
The FCC and then the FTC have not been able to stop calls from the voice saying "Card Services". Yes this is "Rachael" again. BTW Do not be satisfied by our government's inability to stop these people. A fact: The phone calls from "Card Services" have continued for me for at least > four and one half years. I now am sick and have a sick spouse - so I have to answer every call or I risk missing calls from hospital and medical providers, insurance company, etc. One time I got through to a man, if you can call the voice on the other end of the line a man, only to be told by him that "You don't know who you are talking with blah blah blah including physical acts of violence .. the voice also said that he would come down and kick my *ss. I told him that if anyone tries to harm me and my family where I live that "They may never find the body".
I get these calls and I used to get mad as they all have heavy accents and are nickel dime hustlers. Next time you get a call talk to them, if they say they are the IRS, Card Services or whatever the hustle of the day is, do not get mad. Once they say who they are respond with,, are you from the grocery store as I don't understand you, when doing this you have to sound a little stupid. As they talk continue to act like you cannot understand them by saying things like: Are you from the pet store, I love Pizza, I don't understand are you a baseball player. These stupid foreigners trying to screw us out of our money deserve what they get. I kept one of these idiots on the phone by saying these stupid things for a long time until his boss got on the phone and told me to suck his d---. I acted like I did not understand and asked him, you want to suck my ???? He got really made and hung up on me. They really hate when you double clutch them.
