I received a call from this number, caller with broken English stated he was calling from the US Federal Treasury and I have been selected to receive money.  When I asked why am I so lucky that the treasury would give me money, they hung up on me.

Received 4 calls from this number in last 2 days.  twice broken English asking for someone I cannot understand.  one silent and one say I won 9K from the U.S. govt
