This was a scam.Told me I was awarding a $9000 grant from the US Federal Government. But needed a credit card or checking acct # to post it to. (NO WaY.) Once I got around that he said he could pay me cash, Western union. Most disturbing was they had my new cell phone #. They had to have gotten it from my resumes online.
Same number called me today with horrible English, said I won $9000 and they need my bank info, birthdate, social security number, and wanted all my wife's information. Called the number back and it says it's out of service, but the same number called again an hour later, reported them to the FTC, area code shows up for the state of Main but was told it's actually out of the country.
Have gotten several calls from this number I finally answered and ask what it was concerning it was a man with broken English and said "it concerns I love you" blocked numbet
