Who called from 2086359381

this is the 2nd time I got this call.

No message left; called my cell phone

SPANISH COMPUTERIZED VOICE

Is there a way to block the call. I rec'd  this call twice so far on my cell.

I just got the same call on my cell phone (in spanish). I called my wireless carrier, and they put a block on my cell phone for these kind of unsolicitated phone calls. What a headache these people seem to be.
