I also just received a call from this number (in spanish) to my cell phone. I called my wireless carrier, and they put a block on my phone for these annoying, unsolicitated calls. What a pain.

got a call from 208-635-9381 at 1:31 Los Angeles time.  Did not answer I just searched on the web, here I am.
Caller ID says "USA"

I didn't answer it, but tried to call it back.  The phone company message said there was no such number.

First time left a message in Spanish, two other calls without any message left.
