I just got called on my cell but didn't answer.

keep calling my cell phone and playing recorded message

caller wanted to know if i wanted to extend my warranty, initally i accepted until he said i needed a down payment of 329.00 so i declined; he got rude and hung up in my face.

Phone rings, answer and no one there, and no message left

Called me on my phone at work. Debated answering the call but decided against it.
