Easier if all who received cell calls contact the local police. Each offence carries an up to $11,000 fine ~ by the look of today's trail enough to put him out of business.

If enough people call the local force to report a breach of federal law I believe the police will be obliged to act.

Just called my work cell, I did not answer.  I'm in Los Angeles, area code 310.

I'd guess this is the same guy since the unlisted 208 664 8749 number originates in the same town.

douches just called me. It was some annoying [***] automated message about auto warranties.
