I got three calls like this today, one of which included this number. THREE! The other two numbers were 773-728-8019 and 603-875-6285. I just got my new phone two weeks ago!
I get this call all the time. A recording talks about your car warranty or something (I don't even have a car), and you can press 1 to get someone live on the phone. I asked him how he got my information, he said that "every major car manufacturer" supplies them with information on their warranty holders. I explained that I don't have a car, and that I had been through this twice before trying to get off their list. He said there was probably a "glitch in the system" and said he'd remove me right away. I don't believe him.
I just called Rudge Gilman and he was very nice about it. He is taking me off the list and asked that I call him back if I receive any more calls. Hopefully this works.
Not calling does not work, they just keep calling, multiple times a day even.
I have received approximately 3 calls per week for the past 6 or 7 weeks. Each time, I ask that they remove my number from their list. They agree, and we hang up.
NOW,, whenever I tell them I DON'T want their services, they hang up. I understand this call is from Warranty Solutions of California.
Does anyone know a number that is legitimate for them. I'd be HAPPY to spend several hours a day calling THEM with some stupid, inane disruption of THEIR lives.

my number is private...only way you know it is if i give it to you. it is not listed. so out the blue got a call from this automated robo crap. I think that it is an offense of harassment because they are calling someone that can get them lock up.
