Yes, I received a harassing phone call from this number at 7:30 this morning, that left a gibberish message of how to "lower my interest rate, " and warned me that this was my "last offer."
Just called, unknown, said Idaho. I know no one in Idaho, so left for voicemail. No message. I came directly to 800notes. Looks like another scam caller.
