Who called from 2090992384

Has been calling me repeatedly over last few days. There is never anything on the other end of the line when I answer, no answer, no ambient noise.

Didn't answer.  Number came up "Unknown".

caller says he is calling from draper, utah but can't pronounce utah
to do a survey for other companies. hangs up when caught in the lie.

I get calls from this place all the time....   The area code is in California but the only place I can find a prefix like that is in Italy.......

This number keeps calling the past 2 days. I don't answer and they never leave a message. No idea who it is or could be.
