I keep getting calls on my cell phone from 209-220-4347. They never leave a message but it comes up as Fresno California. I really wish they would stop calling me.!!!!!!
They've been calling almost every day for the past 2 or 3 weeks! I finally got tired of seeing the number that I answered hoping to be able to tell them that there aren't any diabetics here in this household, but, it's all automated so you can't ask them to put you on their Do Not Call List. VERY annoying!!
I am diabetic and I have told them that I have it under control and use other vendors . I have asked them numerous times to take me off their call list. They call both my home and cell phone numbers. Both numbers are on do not call registry. When they call my cell it either goes to voicemail or no one answers when I pick up... Just a few clicks.
I don't believe this is automated as the number has been identified as a mobile number, no?

Inform them of this fact the next time they call and send a letter of complaint to your state's attorney generals office stating your case. If no response from states attorney general then send letter to U.S. Attorney General's office stating what the response was to states attorneys office and who is violating your rights, also make sure you are on federal do not call list. If you haven't then send company calling - a lettter requesting them to remove from call list immediately, give them 48 hours to respond from a certain date and tell them who you are notifying. 2 days from mailing date is a good date to give as deadline date to remove.
