if your number is on do not call federal list and they haven't checked the list you can call your states attorney general and lodge a complaint, if you request to be removed from their calling list and they do not remove you have a case.
This a telemarketing scam. It is not from any recognized medical firm that's why they keep calling until they get in touch with you and get your information. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do except block the number. If they talk to you, they'll ask for a donation on a "green dot card" or pre-paid Visa.
