I have had 4 calls from this moron claiming that he is an IRS agent. He has what appears to be an India accent. I have called back three times and left messages asking how the weather is in India and telling him that it is a Federal crime to impersonate a Federal officer and citing the Federal law. 18 United States Code Section 912.
Officer John White from the IRS left a ridiculous message for me to return their call. I returned the call just to see how much fun this would be. John White, who speaks in broken English, stated I have a case with the IRS and that he was going to take police action against me. I laughed out loud and asked him what country he was from. He continued on and we ended up in a shouting match and he stated I shouldn't be rude to an IRS officer. I told him to send a police officer and I'll wait on the phone. I also kept asking him what my social security number was since he was the IRS and he should know that. I also said a few other things like "you should be jailed" among others. He ended up hanging up the phone. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THIS IS ANYTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!!!
Today I got two message like what you received. The man threatened me that IRS has an arrest warrant on me. Yesterday, I received three calls from 206-462-5024 and 206-900-8705, saying the IRS is filing lawsuit against e.
I wonder why our legal system/police does nothing to stop this.
