I have had 4 calls from this moron claiming that he is an IRS agent. He has what appears to be an India accent. I have called back three times and left messages asking how the weather is in India and telling him that it is a Federal crime to impersonate a Federal officer and citing the Federal law. 18 United States Code Section 912.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
This is not the first time this happened, still amazes me that they still think people fall for this. Disturbingly so, I'm sure people do. Here's the message they left on our Comcast Voicemail, again: Monday | October 5, 2015 | 2:02 PM PDT | 30 seconds
"The reason for this call is to inform you that the IRS has issued an arrest warrant against you and your physical address is under Federal investigation. So call me back to get the detail information about your case. My call back number is 209-232-4052. I repeat 209-232-4052. It's really important we hear from you today. Thank you."
we received two calls from the same number and same broken english indian idiot. I called the number back and the answering machine even stated I was calling the IRS, how stupid is this this idiot. I hope that no one has or is willing to actually send him anything. I am reporting this fraud to the actual IRS. Good luck to you all and have a wonderful Day :)
got the same call this mornnig. Thus time he is calling himself Kevin Smith. Just ask him or his "receptionist" one basic question and they hang up. Gonna report this to Treasury Inspctor.
