This number keeps calling and doesn't leave a voice mail.

Your basic debt scamming operation.  Ignore and block all calls from these people.
Sometimes uses CRS  perhaps  Capital Risk Services as CID.
Unable to find any such group.

CMS said fast the way the do sounds like IRS-- impersonating??

Called me on my cell from 209-264-2621. Spoke with a "Karen Smith" with CRS she states there is a legal matter with two plaintiffs that's I've never heard of. Told her if it was a true legal matter I would have been served by a process server not notified by phone. She then hung up on me.
