I received a call from this number. I did not answer but called the number back a few minutes later. The message gave the option to press "1" to be placed on the Do Not Call list.
Answering "yes" to anything is a verbal agreement for them to send you/charge you/put you on any number of scams. Someone I know answered "yes" and wound up with legal letters saying he owed money "as per our verbal agreement."
Also was called. Know noone in CA. Seeing other posts w/different "reasons" to be calling you, DON'T call these yahoos as they are scammers who bill you/cell acct heavily just to talk to you, and their do not call list is a myth. They just call pretending to be someone else. ALWAYS RUN THE # ON WEB BEFORE YOU THINK TO Call back
rec'd call from this number today....no message was left....after reading some of the other posts......reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry......
