I received a call from this number. I did not answer but called the number back a few minutes later. The message gave the option to press "1" to be placed on the Do Not Call list.
Received a call fro this number on March 30th, 2017 at 18:31 hrs, or 6:31 p.m. EST. Looked up the phone number on the internet and discovered it to be a fraudulent phone caller of some ilk or other. Not interested in finding out what they're selling. In a related story, a spoof phone call of a recording that sounds like the operator is having trouble with their headset adjustment and then asks, "Can you hear me now?" When the answerer says "Yes," the sound of the voice saying "Yes" is recorded and used to defraud customers by applying it to other telephone scams and playing back the recorded voice to “agree” with questions asked.
another SPAM/SCAM call, no message...if you call these numbers back from "restricted" burner phone, they cant trace you and transfer your number to spam marketing universal "SUCKER" list. IGNORE the if you want to be placed on do not call...message, just a trick.

Did that, but the response was subscriber could not be reached.
It's Josef E. Ewert and one of his many scams. The FBI knows and they can't stop him. He already had 2 warrants for theft and forgery. If you see him notify the police. Don't give him any personal information. Just Google him.
