I too received a call from the number above. They did not leave a message. I called the number back on my blocked number, I got a recording saying, in order to further assist this call, you must call from the number you received the call from. Very odd.
Calls me at least once per day. I never answer. No message left. Called tonight at 8:58pm. I called back and a guy answered... thanks for the call back... I hung up on him.
