Scammer looking for donations to some police widows and orphans fund.
I messed with him about why they send a "Official Police sticker" for my car and asked if would help me get out of a ticket.
He said some police would not give me a ticket if I got stopped.LOL
He admitted that they only give 15% to the fund. They probably are the fund!
SCAM! PLEASE TRY TO GET AS MUCH INFO AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN IF YOU RECEIVE ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS GUY. Let him think your going to donate and get as much general info as possible.
This Guy has either stolen a call list or purchased it from someone illegally. He asked for me by name. I Replied, may I ask who's calling? He said he was calling from a youth charity for the police department. I asked what the name of the charity was and how he had my name and number? He said that I had made a donation in the past and it was "The Police Departments Youth Charity Program". I said, I dont remember donating to this specific charity and asked what police department he represented? He said thank you then hung up the phone. Called back on blocked line and got the same message that someone else on this blog received. Any official police department phone system has the ability to see who's calling whether your number is blocked or not. No need for such message if this were a legitimate police charity.
