A call from this Lodi VOIP number arrived today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space.  This is typical of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who troll the phone lines in search of gullible victims.

Refuse to become a victim.  Do not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers such as this one.
