Who called from 2094512513

They call my seven year olds phone 5+ times a day. Every time I answer the call the line is dead air. I have stated that this phone number belongs to a minor and  that we are on the Do Not Call Registry. That is usually when they hang up. I have received about 100 calls from them over the last few weeks but never once a has a person on the other end said anything.

This is a collections company and the following is from the Better Business Bureau.  Even though the company's phone #s are toll free the 209-451-2513 is what will pop up on caller ID.

They have called me repeatedly and not left a message. After reading the above, I went to Halsted's website and told them to stop calling me. I'll see if it works.

This company keep calling me everyday but when i answer they don't say a word just hang up. I am looking to take out a stalking claim against them. It is crazy for them to call everyday. I told them i was recording their number and they hung up
