I too am having
some man regarding medical equipment leaves long messages on my machine?????

Call came purportedly from Bank of America

Mans voice said he was in shipping dept and wanted to schedule delivery of MedicalAlert system  tried to say I hadnt ordered one, but he went on and on about it so I hung up.

We are on Do Not call register, but that seems to be ignored frequently

Same here, when i could not get rid of hom by hanging up, i blew a referee whistle loud as i could in phone and it hung up!!!!!  Wish someone would put him in jail or soffocte him.
