Like everyone the caller just kept going and going like the ever ready bunny. I did not speak with the person however tried calling the number back. This is scary, I have not nor have I ever called to have someone install a medical alert. They made it seem as though a family member called it in for me and the sad thing is I have bad health. I was lucky because I knew my family had not ordered the alert system; what are they doing ripping people off or what? This is terrible because of the legitimate company that does the alert system.
You have to say "Hello" or something else then dial 5 and it'll tell you they won't call again. However, they got a hold of our business lines, which we have around 60 numbers and keep calling, along with customer calls it's ridiculous to keep up with.
We are getting tired of these calls. We have had the call every night, at the same time, for over a week. My husband gave an ear full tonight, but if it is a recording, it probably did no good. Where else can we report this abuse?
