The person repeatedly calling seems to be a scam-artist named "John" located in Atwater,CA, located about two hours South-Southeast of the state capital of Sacramento. Since this scammer keeps on making his
calls and disrespects we telephone customers on the Do Not Call list, I think it is just about time to contact the Sacramento FBI office; fbi.gov/sacramento/
