Received call this morning, exactly the same as others on this thread. Very disturbing that this can continue. Are people receiving it only on their home phone, or on cell phones too?
Hi we also just got a call from Alex Ferguson. Very threatening. How do we report this guy so he stops threatening folks.
Eventually he is going to disturb the wrong person and he will get money out of them. Who do we call???
Thank you for the heads up! I got the same message twice in one month. I had a feeling this was another scam especially when they don't give you a name of who they are trying to contact. This needs to stop, it's not right!!!!!

Claims ignoring this will be intended a second attempt to award an initial appearance before a magestrate, judge or grand jury for a criminal offense. Advises me to call him to help me. I just received the same call from Alex Ferguson. He left a voicemail message saying this is a legal action and to give him a call. So I called the number and he said they have been trying to contact me because I did not pay all of my 2012 taxes. He was specific, asking who does my taxes and that he will contact the sheriff's office and they will issue me the letter within 45 minutes and I will be taken into custody for 6 months.
My fiancé got on the phone asking questions. He told him the IRS does not operate like that; they will send you a letter. He asked who does he (Alex) represent and he hung up the phone.
