Previously Blacklisted number called our DNC registered landline on 11/25/2014 @ 10:45 AM from Jamestown, CA. Ringer was suppressed. Caller ID shows (209) 782-8675. No message was left.
These call have been daily for the last 5 years. I'll keep getting calls from Rachel, Heather, Carmen or whoever from Card Services until the government uses Seal Team 6 to solve this very real national security threat. Pop, pop…pop is what it's going to take.
They want to" lower" my interest rates on my credit cards. I have never had 1 cent of credit card interest in in my life. the beeatch then started another line of BS, I told her to get a real job, blew a whistle very loud into the phone and hung up!
At least she didn't speak with a heavy Indian accent. Let's keep the phone scammers "in house!"

But, when called back it mumbles a message saying something about Western and it will take 48 hours to process.
The message is not clearly spoken.
I can not be understood.
I suggest to just block the number like I did.
