Of course they keep calling. One moron responding out of a million calls placed is all they need. I try to waste as much time as I can. One or two less other people they will have the time to screw. The scumbags are here and the gov't is doing little and the phone companies do nothing.
CID = TEST. I don't answer callers I don't recognize. I've received others calls from TEST and LOCAL. They may have been from this number other others. The gang at Card Services always finds another way to get you to pick up the phone. They've even spoofed my own name and number.
