They called me at work today, I told them not to call me. They usually call me at home, the last time they did it I told them the FBI was tracing the call, they havent called again.
Caller with a thick Middle Eastern accent called my place of employment, stating I would be arrested if I did not call him back. He says his name is "John Smith" He never did mention why I would be arrested. At the end of the message he says, "Now if I dont hear back from you or your attorney...... then I wish you luck". This is a scam! I have reported this to my state's AG and to the FTC.
I got the same call from a Daniel Stevens. He too had an accent. When I called back he said that I was due in court in California and have fraud charges brought against me. He said he was with Federal Court Law Firm. When I asked them again they hung up on me.
