I too got the same phone call, its awful they threaten to garnish your wages etc. They said it was an emergency to call the number and that if you don't call back good luck and may God bless you, this is my second go round with them, the first one I made the mistake of calling, this time I recognized the voice and have not called back, this is a scam.
i got a call from this number saying that i had charges on me and that i had to be in court in caif and wanted me to pay them a amount of $700 it got to me all most paid the amount but wanted to do some checking before i did he told me they would come to where i work and i told them that i work for my self and then she said that i would get the papers at my home address i dont remeber the mans name but they was also midwest talking they also wanted me to settle out of court and said that if i did not show up for court that i would be pick up by local law
just got a call from 209 890 4539 and he said i owed money for a payday loan. i told him i know this is a scam. he hung up on me when i said you all dont quit do ya? the other number i have been called from is 805 918 4394. same folks with the heavy accents. how can we get rid of these guys? he tried to threaten me but all i could do was laugh. i said law firm my [***]!
