Seriously? You answered a call on you cell. You pay the attendant charges. Why should you be credited back for receiving a call that you chose to answer? There is no grand conspiracy to rob you of your $0.40. The only thing fishy is your actual ability to operate a cell phone. If you don't recognize the number, don't answer the phone. It isn't rocket science.

Why should one have to pay for an unanswered call? I should not have to pay for wrong numbers. Would you really block a call from a hospital or the police whose numbers you don't have . I need to know if a loved one is injured or ill. Perhaps you will change your mind when you're an adult.
if you look and see how many numbers they call a day that adds up to mega bucks, i would love to sit and dial numbers all day at .40 each i would never work again
