I live in Canada and I am with Telus . I also received 2 calls from this Number and yes I have applied to put me on the no Call List a week ago,so I will have to see what happens in a month from now.
Too bad one can not charge these Companies with harassment.
Telus should provide a Spam Filter as they do on their Email.
My friend used the Do Not Call block and said she received more calls from telemarketers after. She said it was the worst thing she ever did. Do not know what the alternative is except not to pick up the phone unless it's a number you recognize. I'm with Telus in Canada and I agree that more should be done to protect cell phone users especially
Yeah, I dunno about this Do Not Call stuff. I never once received a crank or telemarketing call on my cell phone until literally the day after I registered the number on the Do Not Call website. I smell epic fail.
The only real solution is to never, ever, answer a call from a number you do not recognize.
Hey thanks a bunch for taking the time to post the link on here! I blocked both my numbers so hopefully they stop calling. They've been a huge pain in my [***] the last couple of months.
