I live in Toronto, Canada and this number calls my cell at least once a day. I never answer it as all my contacts have a name. I was surprised to see it's a Texas number. Don't know what's up but I'm not going to be bothered to find out either.
Got the same call and am in Toronto, so I am wondering the same thing too. I actually answered the survey that was recorded to see if I can get an operator to remove my number, but they asked American-specific questions like, do you currently have health insurance (which for you non-Americans, all Canadians have universal coverage). When I finished the survey, it said to press 1 to speak to an operator about getting free cruise tickets for answering the survey. When the operator got on, I told her that I would like to be off the call list, and she hung up on me!!!! This is for sure some type of scam caller. BEWARE!
