At 10:56am on February 12, a very polite gentleman called from this number about many exciting job oppurtunities he thought I would be interested in. I told him I wasn't and he nicely said no problem, thank you and hung up. When I tried to call the number back (figuring it might have been someone willing to work with me on my portfolio), the call would just hang up.
I'm already on the Do Not Call list. I just verified my number, and it says I signed up in 2005, so I just filed a complaint with the Registry. My resume WAS online, but I took it down from all of the sites a few weeks ago, and have nothing on my resume that indicates that I have clearance of any type. I hope that taking your resume down works for you, but I'm always skeptical....Good luck!
Just received a call from this number and thankfully, I was sitting at my desk at work when the call came in. I was able to google the area code and when i saw that it was from San Antonio, TX and I do not know anyone in TX, I didn't answer it. There was no message left on my voicemail. Thanks to the information I found here, I am glad I didn't answer it, and will not call it back to find out who it was.
