I just now got a call from this number..yes.it said Builders Square. They said they were from Microsoft Windows. They said they were from California. Area code is for Texas. I said "what do you want?" They said they had my Windows ID number..and I had to "remove" something from my computer...at that moment I stayed acting like a "lady", and told him to "f-off"... LOL!
They aren't even in this country, they had never heard of Best Buy or Geek Squad, asked me if they were my companies and of course they never heard of them and Geek Squad fits me perfectly and then she hung up. Woman with thick indian accent.
I just got a call from the same lady with a thick indian accent trying to tell me I had a virus and to press buttons on my computer. I started thinking this was weird and so I hung up and googled the number. as I did this another weird number called tiseth d 239 596 8464 when "builders square called first!! its absolutely a scam and there trying to get your information for fraud. I answered the 2nd number after they called 3x in a row and told them not to call my house because there a scam
