I have similar situation, they are call Microsoft Windows something that my computer got virus and alert them....bah bah ...
And I really hard to understanding his English.... Then I hung up and don't want to talk to them.
If they did get into your computer, even for a few seconds, they installed a back door. Now your computer is theirs to use whenever and for whatever they want. They also have every credit card number and the like you had stored there.
You make want to delete everything from your computer or take it in... idk, but im sure they have your personal info now. Watch your credit cards and bamk.account.
Got call from Buliders square today. Hung up on them. And yes I have gotten urgent phone calls from the microsoft people. At first i was confused but did not give info. I heard the appropriate commotion in the background. And they had the right accent. After the first time they called, the confusion was not there. Sick people out there doing this stuff to people. So sick
