I just got a call from this number this afternoon, stating I had a criminal investigation against me and if I don't pay it will go to court. help what should I do. he had all my information. this happened before and my boss threated that person and it stop now it is happing again.
I just got a voicemail call from "William Smith" saying he was from US Cash Advance and he had a $6000 loan for me.Call back Have a blessed day. Now, he will leave 4-5 more messages and then the 6th one will say there is an arrest warrant issued against my s.s.#. Why don't these %#@%&+$# get a real job!
These are total scammers. I received a call from Justin Blackwell stating that he was from the Federal Department of Justice Financial Fraud Task Force. He said that I had 3 counts against me for fraud from a $300 payday loan I never had. He told me that if it went to court the fees would be $3000 buy he would so a settlement for $800. I told him I would call my lawyer and he dropped the F bomb. The only thing that got me was that he had all of my personal information. He told me that I would be arrested. He also called me at work. They ate total scammers!!! Dont pay learn your rights. They can't arrest you
I just now received a call from the same person Justin Blackwell explqining to me about a fraud case against me and my ss#, funny thing is I had just finished reading all of ualls postings, so I said it was me, but that the ss# and address and email address were wrpng, so he thanked me and hung up....wow these people really do try to get people, IT IS A SCAM AND WORST THEY CALLED TO WORK.
