Just got the 7th call today from William Smith. I blocked the number so the calls go to voicemail. His message says I've been approved for a 6000 loan. What? Really? I called the number and Justin Blackwell answered. I asked him to remove my number from his call list. He said he would. Funny though, I received a call from a Justin Blackwell about 3 wks ago. He said he was calling from the justice dpt and there was a criminal charge against me for writing bad checks. He had all my personal info. When I asked for more info about the company he cursed me out. Called me a black nig... b...with big black lips. He talked bad to me. I told him to take his dusty yellow teeth [***] sitting in a shack wishing he was in America to hell. He hung up and never called back. Now its William Smith with a loan. Right!
I am getting continuous numbers from 210-390-8321. I have not applied for any loan due to being unemployed. I have been threatened and they continue to call. I was threatened to be sued. Please stop these scammers.
Got a call from Justin Smith from Orange County police dept saying I had a warrent out for my arrest for a default loan. He had a heavy accent so I told him I only speak and understand english and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. He got mad and started yelling at me. I laughed and hung up. He proceeded to try and call me 6 more times and leave voice messages. Blocked the number and reporting to authorities.
"Justin Blackwell" just called to tell me he was from the Tax assessment office and I owed the IRS money and I was being audited. Said the dockets weren't served by mail because I was not on the premises. I replied that I got no notice that someone was trying to mail me something, and he insisted it was because I was not home. He said I should go to my sheriff's office. I asked whether that would be city or state police, and he wasn't really able to answer that. I am going to report him to the Attorney General's office, I hope that all here do the same. Looks like this has been going on for awhile and I was nervous, at first.
