Been getting calls from this number on home line then immediately after on cell phone. I hate that they know both my numbers!!! When I spoke to "Officer Mike" he told me I owed back taxes, going to jail, yada yada yada, Just for fun, I told them I would be best for them to call my husband at work, that he handled all those things, I said he should ask for officer Scott @@@@ with IRS local taxpayer advocate services, and then gave them the local phone IRS phone number. "Officer Mike" hung up in my ear. From time to time they call back but never say anything, and just hang up in my ear when I answer. Also, the area code is Texas, I live in Washington state, Pacific Time. They call me after 5:00 PST which is after 7pm Texas time...IRS isn't open that late...their message even says it's only open until 4:30 You think they could at least put up a better front!
