My husband got a phone call from this number stating that they where calling from conn's and that he needed to give a payment. When my husband told him that he did not have an account with conn's,  the guy started to ask him for his social and birth date. Naturally he hung up. I called the local conn's and verified that there was no open account under his name. Sounds to me like the guy was trying to fish for information to steal his identity.
